Heat dissipation methods for 60HZ variable frequency power supply and three-phase variable frequency power supply

  When using a variable frequency power supply,we always suggest to customers that the variable frequency power supply is an electronic product.During the startup and operation process,in addition to the environment,it is also necessary to pay attention to whether the environment in which the variable frequency power supply is placed is suitable.Variable frequency power supplies,as electronic products,generate heat during use.Therefore,the issue of machine heat dissipation becomes quite important.If they are not placed in a ventilated and heat dissipating environment,the machine will be unable to expel hot air,causing the internal temperature of the machine to rise by one degree.Just like humans,if their body temperature rises,they will experience fever.So,let me share with you the heat dissipation method of a 60Hz,three-phase variable frequency power supply:
  External cooling methods can be used to cool down the variable frequency power supply:
  1.It is important to place the variable frequency power supply in a ventilated area to allow air circulation and achieve cooling.
  2.If the customer's conditions permit,install air conditioning in the room where the variable frequency power supply is placed and control the temperature of the room.To achieve a constant temperature state for the variable frequency power supply.
  In addition,when using high-power or 60Hz Zhonggang Yangsheng variable frequency power supply,attention should also be paid to the issues on the main circuit,because the main circuit is mainly composed of three-phase or 60Hz rectifier bridges,smoothing capacitors,filtering capacitors,IPM inverter bridges,current limiting resistors,contactors and other components.
  Previously,some customers experienced sudden malfunctions during use and could not find the cause.In fact,most of the reasons for this situation are due to the main circuit of high-power variable frequency power supply being caused by electrolytic capacitors.The duration of use of the electrolytic capacitor inside the variable frequency power supply is mainly determined by the DC voltage applied at both ends and the internal temperature.Generally,for every 10℃increase in temperature,the service life of the machine will be halved.Reminder to everyone,when using variable frequency power supplies,especially three-phase or high-power variable frequency power supplies,it is important to promptly inspect the environment and use the correct operating methods,in order to make the variable frequency power supply last longer.
